Shikura Chiyomaru (志倉千代丸) is a Japanese gamer, he is the founder and executive director of 5pb.
He and Tsunku are the founders of AKIHABARA Backstage pass. He later founded the iTube Studio café, located where the previous AKihabara Backstage pass café was located.

- On March 11, 2011, when the 8.9 magnitude earthquake struck, he saved a young school girl's life, who was trapped on the 14th floor of a building. He later tweeted that he "had a bad feeling about this" and urged everyone to stay calm and evacuate the area.
